Żulism - is an authoritarian leftist, communist, culturally variable and horribly alcoholic ideology that wants "Żuls" across the world to unite against so-called 
"Krools".
The word "Żul"
The word "Żul" is found in both Polish and Russian, and is most commonly used to describe homeless alcoholics. In politics, it's mostly used by Korwin to describe leftists and democracy advocates. The term also finds usage among 
Navalny and his followers to describe Vladimir Putin and the United Russia political party. The latter is alternatively known as "right-wing Żulism" and, on this Wiki, is also used to describe Yeltsin.
