Xenogenderism is the political stance of being pro-xenogender creation. Xenogenders are a phonemon a person whose gender identity allegedly does not match their assigned gender at birth, nor fits into any well-known or documented system of gender. Most xenogenders involve concepts such as objects, animals, places, concepts or aesthetics.
These genders are often created by people with mental conditions (such as autism) to "explain" their gender. Xenogenderism is almost exclusively culturally progressive. While it is not technically affiliated with any political positions, people with xenogenders have shown a very clear left-leaning trend.
Xenogenders have been ridiculed or joked about in the mainstream due to the seemingly absurd nature of them, and many claims have been made of them making other queer individuals look bad. Still, there are some circles that certainly treat xenogenders seriously, particularly online.
