Tennysonism is a 
Centrist, 
Off-Compass ideology, based on the idea of transformation. Every 10 days they can turn into a random ideology, on condition that, after they turn back, they preserve the status-quo left behind by their transformation.
History
Tennysonism seemingly originated with the reddit user u/Sabkv who, in this post, presented the ideology.
It appears to have taken influence from the American TV series Ben 10, wherin the titular character (Ben Tennyson) gains a watch-like alien device, which allows him to transform into a variety of alien creatures, for a certain period of time. The name, symbol, and transformation aspect of the ideology all appear to have been inspired by the show.
Beliefs
As stated before, Tennysonism is an ideology based around transformation.
Every 10 days, they have the ability to transform into a random ideology. However, not only must they stay as Tennysonism for 10 days after transforming, they must also presever whatever status quo they created through their transformation.
Social DarwinismFor example, if Tennysonism was to change into Social Darwinism, after transforming back, they'd have to preserve a Darwinist status quo.
Additionally, Tennysonism is able to scan ideologies, in order to transform into them later.
Personality and Behaviour
Tennysonism is presented as being ambivalent towards most other ideologies, apart from one: their arch-enemy 
Senatorialism. Tennysonism's main goal in life is to prevent senatorialism, at any costs.

- Draw a ball,
- Colour the ball grey (#141414),
- Draw a green (#58ff00) hourglass shape in the centre of the ball,
- Draw the eyes, and you're done!
Transformed Version
- Draw a ball,
- Colour the ball grey (#141414),
- Draw a green (#58FF00) rhombus shape in the centre of the ball,
- In the middle of the rhombus, draw in grey the symbol of the ideology tennysonism has transformed into,
- Add the eyes, and you're done!
