Technocratic Minarchism, also Techno-Minarchism or just Techmin, is a very libertarian, economically right and culturally ambiguous ideology which believes the government should be limited so that its only job is to enforce the non-aggression principal and that experts should be assigned to do so.
Personality
Techmin is very similar to 
Minarchism as he is very defensive of property rights and perceived threats, but Techmin is also quite nerdy and doesn't want the government stealing his experimental scientific works such as his experimental weapons.
