Tío2ism is the state ideology of 
Tuvalu Ulterior, a fictional country from the Spanish version of Uncyclopedia called Inciclopedia, under the rule of Tío2.jpg (2007-), who currently rules together with the monarch 
Mula Francis and the official consort Mr. Ojete Andgleber.
History
In October 2007, the Tuvalí president 
Mam Erto was overthrown through a revolution led by 
Tío1.jpg, whose government was based on human rights, promotion of democracy, lowered the prices of public spending and public services, and promoted the country's security to prevent a civil war. However, Tío1.jpg was killed 2 weeks after his government started, and he was replaced by Pedro Pastafarra; but 6 days later, he was overthrown through a coup d'etat led by Tío2.jpg, who would elect himself with fake elections, starting a military dictatorship.
Tío2 did his merits of lowering taxes, but this only led to a very large fiscal deficit, so he lowered taxes as low as they can go, then raise them by 100000%! People strongly disagreed, a poll of those years showed that 76.666% of those polled believe the president was not doing a good job. Several newspapers like the O'diari O'solead (Sunny Newspaper) strongly criticised the measures of Tío2:
"So this Tío is doing everything wrong, he replaced the congress with a kilo of bananas, closed the banks and replaced them with candy shops. If there is one thing we are sure of, it is that these will be dark times for the country."
In November a coup d'etat was attempted (Tuvalu Ulterior Civil War), but with very little success, most people were damaged psychologically by Tío2's image and physically by the actions of the soldiers. There were other coup attempts but they weren't successfull.
