Overview
Description
Stellcaerulism is made up of, primarily, 
Anti-Authoritarianism, 
Centralism, Civic Nationalism, 
Constitutionalism, 
Kritarchy, 
Left-Wing Populism, Market Socialism, Pan-Nationalism, 
Parliamentarianism, 
Representative Democracy, 
Presidentialism, and 
Revolutionary Progressivism.
It views the 
United States of America as a special nation, and the inheritor of the mantle of 
Rome, and believes the United States to be not only the best, but also most worthy candidate to unite 
Earth under one 
nation.
It sees the concepts of the nation and civilians as synonymous, creating a circle of sorts, where the 
people are the nation, and the nation is the people.
It sees society as divided along two groups, the Plebeians, and the 
Patricians. Easier described as the 
working class, and the 
upper class. It sees the Patricians as 
authoritarians inhibiting the nation from representing the people, and therefore it places itself as staunchly opposed to their existence.
It believes the American Plebeians should unite under one unified movement, using 
Fascist aesthetics, and should enact targeted violence against Patricians, with the ultimate goal of overthrowing the Patrician class through a 
military coup.
Once the coup is successful, it believes a temporary 
council of movement members should be 
elected by the movement, and the council itself should 
elect a 
leader among themselves with 
dictatorial powers over the nation. This council would not dismantle any of the branches of government, nor take their place, instead existing only to enact the 
reforms inherent to the movement without Patrician opposition.
The first goal of the council once in power would be to dismantle the Patrician class, seizing their assets and executing all people belonging to the class and their families, excluding members of the military, veterans, Presidents, members of 
academia, and 
artists.
The council should oversee the transition of the United States of America into a centralized nation, in which local 
state law is abolished and replaced with national law, however local elections remain for rulership. The title of State should be removed and changed to Province, and all United States Territories should be integrated as Provinces. The Electoral College should be replaced with a First-Preference Plurality Popular Vote. The House of Representatives should be abolished, and the Senate expanded to include one senator for every two hundred thousand citizens. The Supreme Court would be elected by the citizens. 
Political parties would be 
abolished, and all governmental positions would have term limits. The Constitution would be reformed to reflect these changes. The council would then, with the oversight of economic advisors, see the nation slowly move away from a 
Neoliberal economic system to a 
Keynesian economic system, then to a 
Social Democratic economic system, and finally to a Market Socialist economic system.
Core Tenets

It sees the concepts of the nation, and civilians, as synonymous, with the nation simply being an organized body to represent the people it is made up of. Thus it believes it is the civilian's never ending duty to uphold and better their nation, thereby bettering themselves. However, it sees the role role of the nation to be constantly fighting for the right's and wellbeing of it's people, in this way creating a circle of sorts, where the people are the nation, and the nation is the people. It believes that if the nation does not do this, it has failed in one of the most fundamental ways.
It sees society as divided along two groups, the Plebeians, and the Patricians. Easier described as the working class, and the upper class. It does not divide these two groups along political lines, as it sees it as being possible for all political sides to form in either, however it does recognize that certain political ideologies inherently benefit one or the other. It believes that due to the majority of a nation's population being workers, the nation should thus represent the majority of it's citizens over the minority. It also sees the Patrician class as generally oppressive, due to the lack of democracy in the workplace, and due to it's opposition to Authoritarianism, it believes the Patrician control over society must be toppled.
To do this, it believes the Plebeian people's of the United States of America should united under one movement, regardless of political position, however excluding those that wish to uphold the Patrician system, and Authoritarians. It believes the movement should adopt fascistic aesthetics, both due to their effectiveness in rallying the Plebeians, and their projection of unity and strength. Also as a measure of reclamation against simultaneous fascist movements, preventing them from having an upper hand in propagandizing Plebeians. However, it also recognizes the danger in using these aesthetics, and advocates their general repurposing and rebranding to fit the movement's needs, as well as restraint in their use until the movement has garnered enough public support.
It believes the movement should be generally decentralized, however, to prevent it from falling astray or becoming corrupted by patrician or Authoritarian influence, councils of dedicated members must be organized to keep it on track.
It believes the movement should broadly appeal to the Plebeian masses, and should use targeted violence against Patricians.
To attain it's goals, the movement should ideally slowly reform the existing system, however it sees this as an unwinnable compromise, and thus sees revolution as the only suitable alternative. It does advocate popular revolution, however sees this as too chaotic and easily toppled, and thus advocates for movement members to infiltrate the existing system, particularly in the military, to launch and internal coup.
Personality
Stellcaerulism is generally very kind and accepting of other Plebeian balls, including 
Right-Wing Balls, as it sees them as misguided, and sees them as having the same quarrels with the system as Left-Wing Balls. This can get it in trouble with other balls, especially Left-Wing balls.
However, it hates Patrician and Authoritarian balls with a passion, and will often treat them with contempt, attack, or even kill them.
It also dislikes 
Anti-American balls, however only despises 
foreign supporters of the idea, and will see it's fellow American citizens that dislike the United States as misguided, and will attempt to convince them of it's position, and even accept Anti-Americans into the movement.
Stellcaerulism is often physically and mentally ill, which hampers it's ability to coherently explain it's ideas, and/or expose them to the world.
Stellcaerulism often talks in a slightly archaic way, and can be portrayed as speaking in a Trans-Atlantic Accent. It often dresses well, with both of these attributes used to cover up it's insecurity about it's physical health. Despite this, Stellcaerulism can be portrayed as odorous, due to it's lack of bathing.
Stellcaerulism is often very stubborn and sensitive, leading to it's mood being affected by things like a change in weather, an off handed comment, or it not getting it's way. This will lead to Stellcaerulism being 
sad, mad, and generally irritable for the rest of the day. Due to these mood changes, it can become increasingly 
Jingoistic and less caring for other balls, and make increasingly incongruent arguments.
Stellcaerulism is a massive 
History Buff, and it idolizes regimes like Ancient Rome and the 
First French Empire, despite disliking many elements of their regimes and social organization. It also holds the 
Founding Fathers in high renown, as well as other historical figures, such as 
Augustus and 
Napoleon I.
