Sniperism is an authoritarian form of government based off of the sniper class from Team Fortress 2. It involves everyone getting a personal sniper to watch them and shoot them upon a crime being committed. Small crimes get a jar of piss thrown at you in front of a crowd. But a moderate to large crime involves immediate elimination.
Decision Making
If someone is identified to be a perfect math whiz and an extremely good shot then they are given a special sniper forces test. After 10 years of excellent service at minimum, you get the option to join a special sniper school and spend 8 years of training there. once you are done with that, you get the option to join a 10 person sniper duel with other people who passed. If you win then you can get assigned. Not hitting a headshot during an assassination will lead to a discharge and a life in prison. They will not go easy on you.
