Shillism is an ideology that believes they should spread lies and deceptions and work in whatever means necessary to further their political agenda.
It's name comes from the word "shill", which is an informal word for an accomplice of a hawker, gambler, or swindler who acts as an enthusiastic customer to entice or encourage others. As a political entity, Shillism usually supports certain companies, businesses, products or ideas to rally politic support for a certain cause.
