RutaMetbolism is a welfarist, state-capitalist, pan-nationalist, culturally variable (by region) ideology. This ideology supports a global confederation where regional governments provide for the people with a welfare state while controlling the local economy, this ideology promotes competition between regions, believing this to be the most efficient economic system. Each locality will promote cultural unification, either through the promotion or the abolition of traditional identities (race, religion, gender, etc.). The primary job of the overarching government would be to provide relief in the case of a disaster and promote intellectual cohesion through the distribution of information, though a sense of local pride would be promoted through economic incentivization so as to encourage a competitive motive alongside internal cooperation.
