Racial Confederalism is a Centrist, Culturally Right and Racial Nationalist ideology which wants to create a confederacy of different racial groups.

It views the different races as fundamentally different and wants it to stay that way. It therefore wants segregation between the races so that every race can develop their own culture and to avoid racial tentions. This should be done by dividing the country into different states and giving each state to a different race.

Confederalism would be the system used to give each racial state a lot of freedom and self-determination. Each racial state would be ruled by representatives elected by the people of that state. Although, a lot of issues should also get voted on by the general public. A national council should also be instated with representatives of each race and different rules will be in place to ensure that no race creates laws that only benefit themselves.

The ideology loves diversity, but thinks that mixing different people will remove that diversity. That is the fundamental reason why it wants a divided country.
