Progressive Colonialism is an Authoritarian Right, Culturally Left, Globalist and Capitalist ideology which wants to use colonialism to spread western values and make a profit.
The ideology sees western culture as the only good culture in the entire world since it's progressive and accepting. It sees all other cultures as backwards and intolerant and therefore wants to "teach" people of other cultures how a good culture should look like. It does this by spreading the contemporary western culture as far and wide as possible and by replacing native cultures with it.
However it doesn't just care about culture as it wants to make a profit off of other countries too and does this by establishing colonial governments. In return for being taught how a correct culture should look like, the natives of the colony are expected to make up for it. They have to work and send back materials to the western world as a payment for this lesson.
The ideology absolutely hates every other culture and therefore it tries to destroy as much of other people's culture as possible. This can be done by, for example, destroying statues, blowing up holy sites and outlawing old, native traditions.
