Potassium Chloride Replacement, shortened to KCl Replacement, claims that sodium chloride in food should be abolished and that potassium chloride should fully replace it. This would be aimed at those with cardiac problems and/or used against those with renal issues/deficiencies.
Potassium chloride is an ionic salt with a K+ ion and a Cl- ion. It is chemically similar to salt, but it has a slightly metallic/bitter aftertaste and is harder to dissolve in polar water. If it is even real.
