Populational Urbism
is the ideology of polcompball contributor Lithuanian Urbist. It's anti-authoritarian, economically variable, and in favour of radical decentralization.
Beliefs
Like other Urbist and Tinist ideologies, Populational Urbism believes that countries should be made as small as possible. Where it differents, however, is that it believes that neither should every city be made a state nor should the countries small by the size they occupy, but rather, countries should be divided on the amount of population they have. It believes that 1 million is the maximum population cap, although lower numbers should certainly be acceptable.
Generally, although the creator of the ideology has his own political beliefs, the ideology is against enforcing one correct stance on economic or cultural issues. It is, however, strictly anti-totalitarian and stands for the defence of human rights, but it believes that building a totalitarian regime in the confines of countries with less than 1 million people is nigh impossible. It is also Internationalist (although not Globalist), and while not against Civic Nationalism, believes that Ethnic Nationalism is a sure way to arrive to Jingoism and Imperialism, which always have bad consequences.

Urbism - My main inspiration! Although some city-states have to much population and require splitting.
Tinism - Another great influence! We shouldn't enforce one correct vision of the world. However, some countries should be allowed to control large geographic areas because they are extremely depopulated
Confederalism - A magnificent system for arriving to a worldwide Urbist Order.
Separatism - Great tool! But if the newly separated region has more than 1 million people, we keep balkanizing!
Independence Anarchism - I'm not Anarchist, but Separatism and Anti-Totalitarianism is still cool.
Democratic Confederalism - Stresses economic and cultural leftism too much, but still undeniably based.
Scientocracy - Statistics of smaller countries prove our cause correct.
Internationalism - Urbism on a global scale will pave the path to true international cooperation without exploitation!
Cosmpolitanism - Nationalities are different, but this shouldn't stop us from cooperating.
Civic Nationalism - A type of nationalism I can appreciate.
Universal Nationalism - Another cool nationalist.
Localism - Think global, act local!
Distributism - Your subsidarity principle is awesome! But you might put a bit too much trust into the state.
Libertarianism - Fellow decentralization enjoyer. But if you want to attain your goals, you should complain about taxes less and actually focus on decentralizing.
Distributist Libertarianism - Combining the two above? Epic! But Austrian economics are not always correct.
Nordic Model - Iceland is awesome! But others will have to be split.
Helvetic Model - Liechtenstein is cool, and although Switzerland isn't a full confederacy since the Sonderbund war, it is the closest thing we have.
Libertarian Monarchism - Also practiced by Leichtenstein, great form of defending liberty.
Anti-Authoritarianism - Down with opressors! Wait, why do you hate all monarchies? Liechtenstein and Monaco are very based!
Jeffersonian Democracy - Slave owning is bad, but it is such a shame US hasn't tried your ward republics model.
Elective Monarchism - HRE and Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth were both very decentralized and thus based.
Indigenism - You should have your own countries too! Although we can't give you all of your land back since there should be proportionate populations, sorry.
Girondism - The good guy of the French Revolution who wanted to federalize France! Shame

Alter-Globalization - Understands the problems of current globalism, but still wants cooperation? Cool! Still like more, because you hang out with 
left nationalists too much.

Nationalism - Nothing wrong with liking your locality, but you shouldn't consider yourself better than anyone else.
Feudalism - You were great back in your days, and you are the main reason why Europe and Japan were so successful compared to the rest of the world. But you also caused constant wars and squabbles, so I don't think we need to restore you.
