Polyarchy is an economically variable, libertarian ideology, that strives to create a society based on 
voluntaryism, pluralism and spatialism. To achieve this society, Gian Piero de Bellis (the founder of polyarchy) advocates for a conjunction of 
cosmopolitanism and
