Ethnic Welfarist JoeyFloppaism, also known as oRangeFloppaism, is a strain of JoeyFloppaism that believes that separating ethnicities while retaining minimal welfare and equal rights for each ethnicity is what is necessary to revitalize and reinvigorate America in order for it to transcend all else. It is also Laicist and very slightly welfarist. He supports moderate laissez-faire economics because of a compromise between the radical laissez-faire economics of JoeyFloppaism and the keynesianism of Ethnic Welfarism.

How to Draw

1. Draw a ghost. It should resemble a Boo.
2. Color the ghost with very dark grey
3. Draw a very light grey rose on the bottom of the ghost
4. Add the eyes, and you're done!
