New Texan Socialism (NTS) is a response to the troubles facing America from both sides of the aisle, in a decisively Christian, Socialist, and Civic Nationalist ideology that rejects the inaction of Liberalism and the radicalism of Marxism, advocating for a revival of national religious values, socialization of the means of production, establishment of American autarky, and the rejection of doctrines that divide the people.
Beliefs
Government
Organic Democracy
"I'd rather violate every one of the damn conventions and see my bills passed, than sit back in my office, all nice and proper, and watch 'em die." - Huey Long
Though New Texan Socialism is ambivalent to the institution of democracy, it would be virtually impossible to realistically or ethically abolish in modern America. Instead, NTS should trim the fat of the current Liberal Democratic system and allow for more direct State action without the interference of inefficient and often elite-strangled bureaucracy of the current system. In this sense, the people will never truly lose the power to decide government, but the government they choose will have more freedom to act as the people wish.
Protestant Theocracy
"AMERICA WAS FOUNDED ON CHRISTIAN VALUES!!!" - Literally every Modern Republican
The United States of America was colonized settled and founded by Protestants of all kinds, and the Nation has stayed rather nominally Protestant throughout its history. But, due to the sinful work of modern secularism and skepticism, Protestant Christianity's place within American society has been and is being diminished from both inside and outside forces that seek to shake the foundations of this most historic and holy institution. In order to revive American Protestantism, Americans must reconquista the churches, while the State embraces the churches as a protected and sacred institution that can and should be partnered with, while the institutions themselves don't mingle. Statesmen should stay statesmen, and clergy should stay clergy; but both must be Christian.
Conservative-Social Authoritarianism
"You will find that you cannot do without politicians. They are a necessary evil in this day and time. You may not like getting money from one source and spending it for another. But the thing for the school people to do is that if the politicians are going to steal, make them steal for the schools." - Huey Long
Direct government action is the imperative of New Texan Socialism; in protecting the common rights of man, the sanctity of public morality, and the common welfare of the people. Of these things, Liberal Democracy has protected none, while allowing for identity-based divides, widespread public immorality, and the decay of welfare for the populace, all in the name of "personal freedom". The people must fight back against this, as allowing Liberalism to go any further will surely lead society to further ruin. The deepest and truest liberty is freedom from one's primal, carnal desires; giving way to a dedicated, spiritually active, socially awarding, God-glorifying way of life. The State must ensure every citizen the opportunity to receive this higher freedom.
Centralism and Ethnic Federalism
"... One nation, under God, one and indivisible..." - The Pledge of Allegiance
Many of the political conflicts within America have been defined by the power struggle between the Federal government and the States it oversees. Ultimately, the only way for America to achieve what it needs is through a Federal government that is not held back by certain reactionary elements that exist within its constituents, and act as seen fit for the nation. Despite this, all citizens must be represented in the government, so to compromise, constituent states will be built around the ethno-cultural groups within, so that no minority group will be tyrannized by any majority government.
Economy
Christian Socialism
"It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." - Jesus Christ, Mark 10:25
New Texan Socialism is of course Socialist, but a non-Marxian variant built on class collaboration, strong labor rights, and paternalistic welfare policy in an organized state-regulated corporatist system; while retaining essential qualities such as personal possessions and local business. NTS rejects both Liberal capitalism and Marxist Socialism as immoral systems that discards God's cooperative and spiritually-rich will for humanity. Capitalism is built on destructive patterns, degrading the humanity of its workers and the quality of the ecosystem around it. Marxism, in response to the decadence of capitalism, seeks to destroy everything and reprogram humanity into an animalistic lifestyle. Lacking religion, property, family, or anything that makes life meaningful, Marxism should be seen as a threat to all Christians around the world; and so Christian states should take precaution and make stopgaps against the Marxist threat.
Guild Socialist Corporatism
"Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him." - Saint Paul, Ephesians 6:5-9
The total abolition of the class system is a pipedream, and so instead of reaching for an impossibility, New Texan Socialism offers a solution based on collaboration between different classes of society in an ordered but ethical hierarchy with moral compensation for all parties. State corporations would be operated by leaders elected by the workers of any given field, freeing key industries from enslavement by private CEOs and investors. Instead, these industries will be ran and managed by the people who produce its goods, overseen by the national government. Rather than the irresponsible class system of capitalist classes or the impossible Marxist dictatorship of the proletariat, a system of estates organized around the different vocations of the people within society will be organized. Private property of land and resources exists, but it must be within the hands of the state, as it is the highest organization of the community of peoples that make up the nation, as land belongs to no one man (as no one man other than God created land). The State, rather than directly managing the private property by its lonesome, leases out the means of production to the communities that work it, these people forming unions and councils to manage their work in the name of serving the community. The laborers of these industries will derive their profits from the value of the goods they produce, with fair and proportionate wage for both managers and workers, with a third party of the State playing mediator.
National Syndicalism
"Finally, the Liberal state came to offer us economic slavery, saying to the workers (with tragic sarcasm), 'You are free to work as you wish, no one can compel you to accept specified conditions, since we are the rich, we offer you the conditions that please us. As free citizens, you are not obliged to accept them if you don't want to, but as poor citizens, if you do not accept them, you will die of hunger; surrounded, of course, by the utmost Liberal dignity.' Therefore, Socialism had to appear." - Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera, What the Falange Wants
The only way for the common working man to challenge the power and position of entrenched undisciplined elites is to band together in unions/syndicates to make their voices louder in a crowd than it would ever be as an individual. These syndicates, however, must not compromise national unity or moral integrity through unamerican doctrine. These syndicates must participate in common life and in common government if they want to see their desired reforms come to be. These unions themselves must not become complacent, and must prove their worth to society by regular action and productive work.
Economic Nationalism
"We will bring back our jobs. We will bring back our borders. We will bring back our wealth. And we will bring back our dreams." - Donald Trump
The security and welfare of our nation has continually been compromised by the economic interests of global imperialists both from within our borders and outside of them. In order to secure economic stability and freedom for these United States is to nationalize these industries that have been left to be consumed by globalist interest. Agriculture, infrastructure, goods production, all of these and more must be in the hands of the American nation and the American people. Or else, America will become the stomping grounds of multinational corporations to buy, sell, and produce as they please with no regard for the well-being of the people. America should be in the hands of Americans.
Welfarism
"I'm for the poor man — all poor men, black and white, they all gotta have a chance. They gotta have a home, a job, and a decent education for their children. 'Every man a king' — that's my slogan." - Huey Long
America has money, plenty money, but it is being wasted on keeping the elites fat and happy and on an irresponsibly imperialist armed forces, whose actions threaten the safety of both the American citizens and the world at large with its destabilizing of the Third World. Instead, we should use our vast resources to provide for our own people first and foremost. Housing, education, infrastructure, food, all the wealth held in this nation should be owned by the people of it, not exported to some imperial project across the sea.
Social
Christian Civic Nationalism
"In regards to this great Book [the Bible], I have but to say it is the best gift God has given to man. All the good the Savior gave to the world was communicated through this Book. But for it we could not know right from wrong. All things most desirable for man's welfare, here and hereafter, are found portrayed in it." - Abraham Lincoln
There are arguments on both sides whether or not America was specifically ordained by the Founding Fathers to be a Christian nation, but what is most certain to every God-fearing and self-respecting Christian is that America must become a Christian nation in order to survive and ultimately overcome the turbulence of modernity. This new movement, Christian Nationalism, has great potential to lead the Republic to a new future, but it is currently young and amorphous. There are both Liberal conservatives and Far-right reactionaries under the flag of Christian Nationalism, but ultimately both parties are inadequate in providing the solutions needed.
Conservative Communitarianism
Conservative Modernism
Activist Social Gospel
A patriot who cannot look back at his nation's history with a critical and analytical eye is no patriot at all. Our forefathers were intelligent man, but flawed and imperfect products of their time. In the name of their liberty, they maintained a permissive stance of southern chattel slavery within the founding documents of the Union. Ever since then, a system of oppressive liberty has stood in the way of human dignity. The Civil Rights movement, a movement of dignity, was opposed by the reactionaries who held to the doctrine of liberty. The Socialist movement, which would have been a doctrine of dignity, was hijacked by Marxism, which preached a new liberty. Activism must be rooted in the common dignity rooted in humanity by its creator, God Almighty, rather than the selfish liberty established by modernist and secularist dogma. The Christian lovers of dignity must take center place in these movements that oppose inequality and exploitation. In the goal of a social revolution, New Texan Socialism seeks to create a "common kinghood/elite/aristocrat" (still thinking on the name) as the harbingers of social change. Common Kings would be devoutly Christian men and women who engage in rallying for NTS-led progress, evangelizing any person they can, performing activism in the face of societal ills, and ministering to all who are disadvantaged by the current liberal order. Elitists would argue that only the aristocrats of society can truly bring about cultural change, but the American aristocracy has largely hidden behind steel walls, funding whatever folly they are interested in at the time. In response, the good conservative man and woman of America can't just wait to sit around until some elite gives them the time of day to fund our cause, rather, christian conservatives become the light of the world on the ground. Rejuvenating church attendance is fundamental, as Christianity without the church is an army without a center of command, so Common Kings must sanctify themselves in Christ's established church before acting out in the world. In a sense, this is our way of active rebellion against the liberal system, conquering the world around us as we bring heaven to earth.
Palingenetic Populism
"It's simple: Every minute you are angry about race is a minute you aren't thinking about class, which, of course, is the real divide in this country. Working class people of all colors have a lot more in common, infinitely more in common, with each than they do with some overpaid MSNBC anchor. If you were allowed to think about that for long enough, you would start to get unauthorized ideas about economics, and that would be disruptive to a very lucrative status quo." - Tucker Carlson

SocNat Comrades
- Syncretic Kemalism: A fellow social nationalist, that's always a plus. But way more leftist and secular than me. You're a muslim (I think) so my theological convictions are probably significantly different to yours.
- Aploism: Really really good, if a bit secular. I'd offer looking into more spiritual solutions for cultural issues rather than simply state mandate.
- Markez Thought : I'd argue against insurrectionism and siding with Putin, but an otherwise good SocNat comrade.
- Savoinism : Probably the most moderate of the people up here, but I can respect that. Personally I'm more authoritarian from a practical angle due to my country's situation, but that may be different for yours.
- Jadedism: Almost identical ideology to mine in terms of the general strokes of economics and social issues. But what's with the British conspiracy theory? I doubt they're any influential outside of their little island (and the commonwealth too but what do they matter?) But still, BASED BASED BASED.
- Donutzism: I'm starting to notice a pattern of a lot of Brazilians on this site... anyways very good as always for the folks up here. The only thing I'd really be against is the militarism because that money being spent on the military could be going into things like welfare, and a nationalist state does not require war.
- An Sprioc Deiridh: Don't have too much to say since I'm not Irish and not familiar with its current situation, but this ain't too bad.
- Mizoism: Very similar ideology to mine, but a bit more undemocratic and chauvinist. If the Arab World could lock in and unify then that would be a huge burden off of America's shoulders.
- Neo-Kyaelism: Gang gang. (I'm running out of things to say for the people up here you're all good.)
Wait, you're trans!? - Bayanihanismo: I got a good Filipino friend so this is pretty cool, also I like your acceptance of the synthesis of religious traditionalism and modern technology.
Like
- Energeneralism: A much more reactionary and Catholic ideology than I would advocate for, but not bad. Distributism is based, if not a bit too decentralized. I'll put you here since I consider thorough welfarism and public works to be necessary in Social Nationalism.
- Altemism: Conservative Socialist brother in Christ. AND LUTHERAN!? YOOO! But, I will criticize your ruralism and agrarianism, urbanism is the future, but we must adapt the cities to Christ's teachings, not let them decay.
- WilliamCapo19 Thought: Social, but not nationalist, so I'll put you here. Pretty good, but too influenced by liberalism.
- Belinism: Decent, but again, reactionarism and agrarianism is not the way, brother.
- Deivinism: You know you guys don't have to be completely reactionary to fix the problems of the modern world, right?
- Savage Granny Smithism: You're okay, I guess. Market socialism is fine but too decentralized, cooperative corporatism is where it's at. As for Non-Marxian communism, that is a paradox, as communism was formulated by Marx.
Neutral
- Immoral Add Meism : Uh... rock on, freaky bro.
- Gubermenschlichism: Not the worst ideology of all time, but very LARPey. (But hey, you changed the text color to look better.)
- Social Individualism : I'd say you're definitely better having dropped the Egoist label. But still, individualist, liberal socialism and globalism is not the way to go.
- Gooberism: While this page is very new, I can see some really neat ideas coming from this. Also the LVT is a pretty neat idea, as well as nuclear power.
- Reformed Lightism: A brother in Christ is a brother in Christ, but why do you have to be so skeptical of the state?
- Evenoskyism: That syncretic church you're a part of seems a bit strange, I'd like for the churches to stick to the mainline denominational branches but who am I to decide your spiritual journey for you? Also I'm very skeptical of transhumanism, why would we make modifications to our body when we don't need them?
- Lanceism: Chauvinistic neo-fash but you're not as bad as the furry hitlerite down there so I'll put you here.
Dislike
- Narco-Aploism : ....Just no.
- Meowxism: Quite literally just Marxism in a fursuit. No thanks. But that critique of pornography and sex work is über based.
- Opkedism: Just status quo Liberalism, what else do I need to say?
- Rojoism: Comically evil Marxism-Egoism, like Disney villain level.
- Ameronism: The fact that this is even an ideology is truly telling of Liberalism's effect on the common man. No sense of duty or compassion, just passive permission of injustice. Political Nihilism is more evil than Marxism or Nazism, as it permits those Ideologies to arise from the ashes of when Liberalism decays with no resistance. The fact you even had the care to make a page is astounding.
- VMism: So what if I have authoritarian policy? Doing what is needed must be done without interference from reactionary pushback is paramount. Also lolbertarianism and hedonism is super cringe.
- Nitrism: Furries, Ethnonationalism, anti-Miscegnation, lack of welfare, environmental cultism, reactionaryism... THERE'S NO BASED IN THIS NATIONALISM, WHERE'S THE BASED!?
- Danielism: LARPy radical centrist monarchism that would never work in America.
- Innovativism: Know-it-all Libertarian Socialist that... "wants to be my enemy"? Okay?
- Eleutherianism: Top text bottom text Marxism-Egoism woke mind virus anti-christian slop ideology.
- User:DragonRed: Mediocre progressive state market socialism.
- Nyhilism : I really don't get this.
- Carangejoism: Generic neocon with barely conservative views with seemingly no true convictions other than bandwagoning mainstream rightism.
- Venatrixism: You were like me once? What demon possessed you to become this narcissistic corporate reactionary post-humanist garbage?
- Kuzism: Liberal agrarianism, sure you're a welfarist but would that really help if this is what you're advocating for in society? And you're pro-abortion, ew.
- Sleepism: Ok I can actually make out what the page is trying to say, and it's not that good. This whole thing about pro-immigration and abolishing borders is like a caricature of what the American right thinks that Muslims as a whole want to do to America. And yes, I am a slave to Christ, and awake as can be.
- CHROMATISM : Liberal transhumanist, really cringe. But at least you like welfare so... meh?
- Yatagarasism : An interesting read for sure, and I'm curious on how you came to some of the conclusions that you did. But, since you are a Marxist and a Communist I disagree with you by principle. And while yes, capitalism has stuck a knife into tradition, I don't believe there is a point in acting like it is gone forever. From a Chrisian perspective, what is true and beautiful will win in the end. Look into Saint Athanasius's battle against the whole Roman world on the heresy of Arianism, and how the truth of Christ preached by Athanasius came out on top.
- Classical Marxism With Pirate Characteristics: This is the first time I'll be trying to engage with a Marxist honestly, so here we go. As for philosophy, that's for a later me that's actually read into it. For politics, I admire the vision of a bottom-up council-based democracy. Though, I would separate statesmen from workers, with statesmen being appointed or elected into political positions like in modern governance, being a separate institutions from the guilds that work the means of production. As for culture, heck no. Capitalism spits in the face of traditional values, and has lead to the breaking up of nuclear families as it atomizes the structures of community for the sake of individualism and profits. For Economics, I would instead promote "deproletarianization", where more diverse and independently organized estates be established in the ashes of the bourgeois-proletarian power struggle. For strategy, is violent revolution the only option? Or can radical change be facilitated through the functions of the state as enacted with many great political reforms in the past? On foreign policy, yes, Capitalism has facilitated imperialism, and instead of replacing this with internationalism which compromises national identity even more, a system of distinct global nations can work together in a global community where borders and interests are sufficiently laid down.
