Neo-Slavery, also known as Contemporary Slavery or Modern Slavery, is a non-quadrant ideology that refers to institutional slavery in modern-day society. A difference between neo-slavery and classical slavery, however, is that neo-slavery focuses on
illegal control rather than legal ownership as slavery has been officially abolished. The slave market would also not exist, rather the slaves would be manipulated and trapped into the industry.
Neo-Slavery is seen much more in nations suffering from poverty, though it can still exist in developed ones. The industry is quite rampant as it can be considered profitable; A slave in classical slavery would cost thousands, while a slave nowadays would only cost $90-100.
