Neo-Orobashi Theocracy is a fanatic cultist ideology that represents the extremist faction of the Watatsumi Resistance that want to bring back the Orobashi. The ideology might have been started or might have been grown by Nathan who helped destroyed the wards of Yashiori Island in order to unleash tartagami causing lots of death and abandonment of the whole island including a village and turning everyone there insane. Some followers of this ideology have nothing to do with the resistance or its faction but have been affected by tartagami and thus turned insane.

Beliefs

Neo-Orobashi Theocracy wants to revive the Serpent God Orobashi in order to restore its "glory". It wants to do that by destroying the wards to unleash the Orobashi's wrathful energy into the environment causing torment to those who have fallen to Orobashi's karma. It doesn't care how much sacrifice or how much people need to be killed in order for the revival of Orobashi. Neo-Orobashi Theocracy also believes in collaborating with the Fatui for these plans.
