foreign interventionism in third-world countries to promote "freedom" and democracy. It also likes to spread American culture and values to other nations.
The ideology usually sees itself as a liberator and a hero. It believes that it is saving people from oppression by intervening and spreading 
Liberal values. It also has a very 
utopian view of reality, convinced that if the whole world is liberal then everything will be perfect.
