Negentropic Centrism (NegCen) is the belief that the universe should be frozen in a moment in time where the arrangement of matter as well as the status quo are perfectly balanced. That way, said balance is preserved forever.

Personality and Behaviour
NegCen spends a lot of time stargazing, seeking perfection in the universe. When such perfection occurs, they will freeze in place after triggering a contraption which is supposed to freeze time. The outcomes of these attempts is widely variable. While it cannot be 100% confirmed, 
Soulism says that while moving through the fourth dimension, he will encounter "bumps" and slow points. This indicates that NegCent may have "temporarily" (for lack of a better word) frozen or slowed time on a few occasions.
How to Draw
- Draw a ball,
- Draw a circle in the centre, using grey (#212121) for the edge,
- Seperate the space outside the circle into quadrants, using grey to seperate them,
- Colour the quadrants (Red (#490000) for the top-left, blue (#0A004A) for the top-right, yellow (#454A01) for the bottom-right, green (#004917) for the bottom-left),
- In the centre of the circle, draw black (#141414) clock hands,
- Colour the rest of the circle white (#FFFFFF),
- In the centre of the clock hands, draw an eye, and you're done!
