Monarcho-Naturism is a monarchist ideology that advocates for the rule of a powerful and extravagant king or emperor over a certain territory. Such king would ideally wear the finest jewelry and capes available for a man of his stature, however he would also be completely naked from the shoulders down, to remind those idiotic and inept peasants that they are not worthy enough to appreciate the monarch's sense of fashion.
Additionally, the monarch may or may not be aware of it's own nudity.
