Monarcho-Circulus Theory, shortly MonCirculus is a 
Left Unity, socialism-based economic system who is a child product of 
Circulus Theory, and whose second parent is unknown, it could be 
Monarchism, 
MonCom or any of the offsprings. He wants to resolve the Malthusian Catastrophe with his father by collecting human feces as taxes. He basically shares the same ideas as his father. The only thing he wants is a strong political figure to regularize the state. His second point in favour of monarchy is that there's must be a strong leader in a 
Socialist Utopian Society.
