Marinettism is an ideology advocating for leaving Earth behind in favour of Mars. A key component to Marinettism is that Earth must be destroyed to force human settlement on Mars. Affinity for death is also a big component in the ideologoical praxis for the reasons of one must be willing to accept death to embrace Marinettism. Authoritarianism is also a Marinettist ccog, as it believes the only way to unite humanity in death is a strong leader that can unite them in death.

Acceptance of death is a main part of praxis for Marinettism. The main ideas are that Earth is going to die so humanity should relocate to Mars or destroy Earth and end life before Earth ends life. Outpacing the Earth for human extinction is a simple way to put Marinettism. Nuclear weapons are also huge parts of praxis as supporters of Marinettism will use nukes to end human life. Authoritarian unity of left and right is also a part of Marinettism.
