philosophical hedonism, both of which emphasize 
individualism. It's a form of 
hedonistic capitalism that which liberal values are applied. It supports the legalization of leisure activites and believes that liberal values are the best way to achieve hedonistic pursuits. This term is often used pejoratively due to the nature of liberalism enabling hedonistic behavior.
