Kusanali Theocracy is either the personality of the followers of Lesser Lord Kusanali or the ideology of Lesser Lord Kusanali herself. It is mostly a NonQuad ideology. Despite Kusanali being the official god of Sumeru, Kusanali Theocracy was barely practiced in Sumeru with people not even knowing much or at all about Kusanali. 
Sumeru Akademiyarchy loves to suppress Kusanali and her followers for some reason for some time. This all changed due to a coup between Traveler, 
Nilou, 
Cyno, Kusanali, 
Rahman, Dehya, and Alhaitham overthrowing 
Azar and destroying a false god making Kusanali Theocracy the dominant ideology of Sumeru.
Beliefs
Kusanali Theocracy believes in that people should worship and praise to Lesser Lord Kusanali just like Greater Lord Rukkhadevata. It doesn't like how Lesser Lord Kusanali is mostly ignored by the current government and people and wants Kusanali become more noticed and involved with Sumeru people's lives. It also want festivals of Kusanali to celebrated as well as theater and dance to be common and honored in Sumeru. Kusanali Theocracy also likes dreams and believes dreams are important for people as dreams and an integrate part of wisdom. Since because of that Kusanali Theocracy likes giving wisdom in riddles because it allows people to find their own wisdom instead of giving wisdom directly.
Kusanali unlike Sumeru Akademiyarchy sees children are of great importance with their thoughts shouldn't be mocked and disrespected by adults. Kusnali Theocracy believes that destroying children imagination even if it gives them a taste of reality will harm them by robbing children of their innocent thoughts. Kusanali Theocracy believes in being friends with children and understanding them and putting their thoughts and ideas as important as well. Kusanali Theocracy will achieve this with Kusanali secretly entering the minds and acting as an imaginary friend for the children allowing children to empower their imaginations.

Kusanali Theocracy basically really loves Kusanali and often calls Kusanali, Beloved Lesser Lord Kusanali. Kusanali Theocracy often loves to sing and dance and make plays much to the horror of Sumeru Akademiyarchy. It is annoyed how the Akademiya loves to suppress anything related to Lesser Lord Kusanali as well as people's ignorance to Kusanali and often tries to tell people about Kusanali. Sumeru Akademiyarchy somehow loves to suppress Kusanali Theocracy going as far as to ban theaters altogether and even harvesting everyone's dreams to prevent Kusanali's influence onto the people.
