Hypothetical Ultranationalism is a form of highly-revisionist ultranationalism that, despite following most of the main doctrines of "base" ultranationalism, lacks a concrete nation to give its loyalty to. Instead, it relies on a hypothetical future state of a pre-existing nation, a vision or even works of fiction in some cases as the focus of its nationalism. Hypothetical Ultranationalism is often a product of immense hatred of the status-quo, while still loving the nation at its heart. In short, it's nationalism for a vision, not a concrete nation yet.
It is also incredibly varied in its beliefs, as no two instances of Hypothetical Ultranationalism are the same. One instance could be a Libyan feverishly wishing for the return of a politician like 
Muammar Gaddafi in Libya in order to strike back at American oppressors, in this case being motivated by revenge against an enemy, while a British would seek to institute 
Moseleyite Fascism in Britain as a result of pure hatred of the current British system. Some are even weirder yet.

Ultranationalism.
