Hypnotism is an ideology which believes that the government or any institution/person in power should hypnotise/brainwash the entire population into loving and serving the current political order.
Beliefs
The degree at which hypnosis should be applicated on the population may vary a lot, from simple standart propaganda with the goal of influencing individuals to complete mindcontrol and enslavement through artificial needs.
The goal of this hypnosis may vary too, for example, it can be used to reach a completely 
Hedonistic society where everyone is kept in a state of trance and pleasure or to control the masses under an 
Authoritarian regime.
Finally the form that this mindcontrol should take is also subject to change. It can be technological, biological, psychological or even spiritual.
Personality
Hypnotism will always try to mindcontrol other balls through his eye. Brainwashed balls will become like him or will have spiral eyes. He both enjoy hypnotising others and being the one hypnotised when it comes to his own kind. When he isn't doing so, he will often take long rests and sleep a lot. He also obviously has a big hypnosis centered fetish and spends a lot of time on
DeviantArt but he tries to keep it a secret.
How to draw
The design for the Hypnotist Flag is based on a stereotypical "hypnotic" black and white spiral.
- Draw a ball,
- Fill the ball with white,
- Use black to draw a spiral circling all the way to the center of the ball,
- Draw one (american) football-shaped eye, add a pupil and bright colours around it to give an hypnotic look,
And you're done!
