Horror Technocracy is a Horrorism version of Technocracy. It states that civilians and workers don't need their brains, so their brains should be taken and given to the leader so their leader will become the most intelligent person in the world.
Beliefs
Horror Technocracy knows believes that The Leader is the only one worthy enough of having the power of knowledge. The Leader should be fed the peasants' brains to gain more inteligence. The peasants don't need neither they deserve their brains. The Leader must be the most smart creature on Earth. The way of getting the brains can be by either the Brain Remover 3000 or by being taken by The Leader him self.
Personality and Behaviour
Horror Technocracy never talks normally as he has mastered the capability of telepathy. He is very quiet until it's "feast time". Never get close to his eyesight.
How to Draw
- Draw a ball.
- Fill it in with red.
- Draw a black wavy line separating to halves (left-right) of the circle, with the right side bigger on the upper part and the left side bigger on the lower part.
- Fill the left side with black.
- Draw a black spike coming out of the upper part of the left half.
- Draw a red spike coming out of the lower part of the right half.
- Add the eyes.
- (Optional) Add glasses with red lens and you're done!
