Horatio is a fictional ideology from Endless Space 2 game. Off compass version of ethnic nationalist, totalitarian, without stated economical and cultural views.
Horatio is a society that build entirely on clones of the one person. Extremely advanced technologies allowed to create 100% accurate clones of Horatio himself except they are more obedient. This technology also allows Horatio to turn other races into Horatio as well. His goal is to turn every sapient creature in the galaxy into Horatio.

Horatio is just like its founder and immortal leader: narcissistic, megalomaniac, brilliant, hates everything that isn't perfect.
