Hoganacracy is an off-compass AuthRight form of government in which a single person (Hulk Hogan) has absolute rule over the state and is not bound by any formal rules, often implementing and enforcing them as Hogan sees fit.
Personality
Hulk Hogan was a professional wrestler, perhaps the most famous of all time, who was famous for implementing his form of backstage politics. Often having "creative control" (absolute power), over his character, Hogan would often change shows on the fly to better fit him. Who is to question Hulk Hogan? If it won't work for him, brother, then it won't work for him. Hogan was the biggest draw in wrestling history, he clearly knows what works and what won't. Hogan knows best, brother.
