Ego-Transhumanism, clipped to Ego+, is an ideology resulting from the mixture of 
Egoism and 
Transhumanism.
Beliefs
Ego-Transhumanism believes people should abolish and overcome spooks, such as religion, property, morality and the state, using body modifications. They also believe that body modifications should be used according to the transhuman's desire, and the transhuman should act in the way that best pleases their ego.
Personality and behaviour
Ego+'s personality and behaviour are like that of Egoism, but with a robotic voice. They like to be among fellow anti-moralists and egoists, and their favorite ideology outside egoist and hedonist branches of thought is 
Anarcho-Transhumanism.
