Ego-Syndicalism is a very libertarian, economically Far-Left, usually culturally progressive ideology. EgoSynd is also a slightly off-compass libertarian leftist. He seeks his own fulfillment though an anarchist society based around decentralized worker-controlled associations under the name of "Syndicates".

His personality is similar to Anarcho-Syndicalism, he acts like a stereotypical film noir gangster and uses 1920s aesthetics, like his other parent Anarcho-Egoism he is also void of morals, ethics, & values only himself above all else.
