EPCOT Geniocracy is an offshoot of Raelian Theocracy in which a planned system will be implemented in all aspects of society, designed to be adaptable to change, all under the rule of intelligent people.
Foundations and Beliefs
EPCOT Geniocracy is a new ideology in which people are put through a very expensive and extensive education to become more intelligent, better skilled, more intelligent, more knowledgeable and wiser in order to gain access to jobs that might (or might not) be at a higher level of pay or employment or, most importantly, because the current jobs available (as measured by GDP growth and employment figures) will not be sustainable in the future and because the current social structures, institutions and the general understanding of what is going on in the world are already broken. To solve this, one must build carefully planned communties that are interconnected with each other. In each planned community, they would function as a techno-utopian autocratic company town, with purpose to replace urban sprawl as the organizing force of community planning. These communities will be, in turn, would be a real city, and in each city was planned to feature commercial, residential, industrial and recreational centers, connected by a mass multimodal transportation system, that would never change (for the same reason why a city never changes) and would, eventually, be self-sustaining and, most importantly, become even better if this trend continues. The communities will also have their own governance, and governance will be controlled and managed by the Geniocracy. Governance will be, in fact, a new class of people who would control and manage the entire society, without having to answer to the public and the current political powers.
EPCOT Geniocracy would then take off the table all forms of democratic, federal, centralized or representative governance. All powers will be centralized in the National Geniocracy in the Geniocratic Congress. This will include the power to legislate in all forms (except local), to levy taxes, to print money, to regulate commerce and finance, to enforce civil and criminal law, to declare war or peace, to build or destroy, to issue regulations, to determine policy and much more, all with the power of the collective intellectual unconscious of the Geniocracy to decide such things.
Its economy would be based on Economic Humanitarianism; however, a system similar to the WPA of America (Works Public Administration) will be implemented in the society in order to esure economic coordination and functionality, as well as the demostration of the creative genius of society.
Society would be very liberal, more on progression and modernity, but also allowing a bit of conservative ideas.

1. Paint the background flag Blue or Dark Blue.
2. Draw the Raelian Symbol. Both versions are acceptable.
3. In the tips of the symbol, draw circles around it.
4. And you are done!
