Crypto-Plutocracy is an Authoritarian Right and Capitalist ideology which uses manipulative tactics to rule. This power is exerted by a number of wealthy 
plutocrats.
The ideology disguises itself as a revolutionary left-winger and through this leads the masses through a never ending revolution.
The rich elite get the masses to do their bidding through propaganda and assures the angry mob that there is always another counter-revolutionary to take care off. Through this they can ensure that the mob never turns on them and is always occupied.
Under the system the rich actually do not have any real control as the state is completely gone, however, thanks to their propaganda they have an army of revolutionaries at their disposial.
