Creationist Scientocracy is more of a philosophical notion rather than a political one. The term "Creationist Scientocracy" is very contradictory as modern science supports the idea of evolution, and sometimes rejects the notion of God existing. However, some could see it feasible to make a fusion of the two, and thus making it a political notion.
The term could also be referring to a book by Ronald L. Numbers titled: "The Creationists: The Evolution of Scientific Creationism" however this is not confirmed.
