Introduction
Communo-Capitalism is a syncretic ideology theorized by the brightest political mind in history, Jreg. It combines the laissez-faire economic model and anarchist Non-Aggression Principle of 
Anarcho-Capitalism with a totalitarian state that secretly surrounds the entire anarcho-capitalist society and keeps a dutiful record of the wealthiest individuals in the society. At the end of every year, the wealthiest 1% of people are publicly executed, and their wealth is evenly distributed amongst the populace.
This, according to Communo-Capitalism, results in a system where the richest individuals are constantly competing with each other to find loopholes to get out of the top 1%. This will also result in many rich people donating to charity. And of course, if those charity leaders get too successful, then they have to be killed as well. Year after year will go by, the top 1% will rise, fall, and their cash will be redistributed equally.
If any individual tries to cheat the system too hard, they'll just be executed.
