Civil Fascism is a from of 
National Socialism that believes in the expansion of civil rights. They also believe that Jews shouldn't be killed, but segregated from the rest of the population.
Beliefs
Civil Nazism differs from classical National Socialism in that they reject the total contorl of the government over the individual. They also think that inferior races should be separated from the population, but not systematically killed. They defend personal rights vehemently, except for people they deem inferior.
Personality
CivNazis are nice with their equal aryans and love sticking together, but get angry when "inferiors" talk to them (black people, gypsies, slavs, jews) or when they see someone advocating for government oppresion.
How to Draw
- Draw a circle.
- Fill it with dark blue.
- Draw a yellow swastika in the middle.
- Draw the eyes and you're done!
