Airisuism also known as アイリス主義 (Airisu-shugi) in Japanese is the ideology of SumisuAirisu. She is a variant of 
Anarcho-Syndicalism that is culturally left and very weeb. She vehemently despises right wingers and capitalism and extremely authoritarian leftist ideologies.
What distinguishes Airisuism from regular anarcho-syndicalism is the catboys. Under a Airisuist society there will be free distribution of catboys to the public to fuck and/or date.
