Worker Welfarism is a non-Quadrant ideology closely related to Welfarism. It seeks to establish a welfare system for the working class, and/or restrict the current system to prevent people from leeching off the welfare fund. Adherents of the ideology, such as

for example, are  Culturally Centre-Right, but the ideology itself is mostly in the Cultural Center. Some adherents don’t require the disabled, elderly, or those who can’t work to have a job in order to receive welfare benefits, but those who have a job and can work need to contribute first before they receive anything from the state.
