Western Rite Orthodox Theocracy is a theocracy based off Western Rite Orthodoxy, also known as Western Orthodoxy or Orthodox Western Rite; terms used to describe congregations that are within the autocephalous churches of the Orthodox Christian Church and independent Orthodoxy. These congregations have used western liturgical forms such as the Sarum Rite, the Mozarabic Rite, and Gallican Rite. Some congregations use what has become known simply as the English Liturgy, which is derived from the Anglican Book of Common Prayer, albeit with some modification to the text to emphasize Orthodox theological teaching. The Western Rite that exists today has been heavily influenced by the life and work of Julian Joseph Overbeck.
In non-clerical terms, Western Rite Orthodox Theocracy is basically a form of 
Orthodox Theocracy which was practiced by christian in Western Europe who accepted the Orthodox ecumenical patriarch which was against the norm of western Europe.
As the middle ages went on, his followers were forced to become 
Catholics from the states of the region.
