Neo-nationalism or New Nationalism is a form of Nationalism that rose up in the mid-2010s, especially, but not exclusively, in Western Europe and the United States.It supports anti-globalization, right-wing populism, nativism, opposition to immigration, protectionism, and euroscepticism (in Europe). Particularly notable expressions of new nationalism include the UK referendum to leave the European Union and the election of Donald Trump as President of the United States.
