Dr. Occoism, or Occoism, was the self-insert ideology of german polcompball contributor Dr. Occo. Occoism was a culturally left, economically variable and generally authoritarian left ideology. It was generally progressive, but has reorientated to be very environmentalist. Saving the planet, Dr. Occo believes, is more important than any other political endeavour. This must be achieved through heavy regulation, especially of big corporations, because those are the worst offenders of climate change, but individual citizens should not be left out. This belief makes him opposed to capitalism, though if the alternative is socialism or something else is not exactly clear. Basically, whatever helps the environment shall suffice. Additionally, and much less seriously, Occoism is an East Frisian separatist.
